Terms & Conditions

After registering at Dar Al Quran Academy, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Policies:

1. Trial and Enrollment Policy

Upon successful completion of the free trial according to your selected package, you may choose one of the following:

  • Continue regular classes by proceeding with payment,

  • Request an additional two-day trial with a different teacher,

  • Or discontinue the service without any payment obligation.

Once you choose to continue with regular classes, monthly fees must be paid in advance immediately after the trial, which marks the beginning of your monthly billing cycle.

2. Scheduling & Package Rules

To maintain a selected package, your class timing must remain consistent across all selected days. If you choose different timings on different days, your package will be restructured accordingly.

Example:
If you enroll for a 5-day package (Monday to Friday) at a fixed time (e.g. 4:30 PM), and then request 4:30 PM for Mon-Wed and 5:00 PM for Thu-Fri, it will be split into two separate packages—one for 3 days and one for 2 days—each with its own pricing.

3. Missed or Cancelled Classes

If a teacher is unable to conduct a class due to technical reasons, one of the following will be arranged:

  • A substitute teacher for the missed session,

  • A makeup class with the same teacher at a later time,

  • Or a refund for that class (only if neither of the above is feasible).

If a student is unable to attend their scheduled class, they must inform us at least one day in advance to be eligible for a makeup class. Without prior notice, the class will not be rescheduled, and fees for that class will be charged. Teachers are required to be present for the entire scheduled session regardless of student attendance. More than 3 consecutive missed classes will not be recovered.

4. Late Attendance Policy

If a student joins late or faces technical issues on their side during a class, the missed portion will not be recovered, and the class will end at the scheduled time.

Example:
If the class is from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM (30 minutes) and the student joins at 4:10 PM, the class will still end at 4:30 PM and be counted as a full session.

If the delay or issue is from the teacher’s side, the missed time will be made up or the class will be rescheduled.

5. Fee Payment & Suspension

Monthly fees must be paid in full within 7 days of the due date. Failure to do so may result in:

  • Suspension of classes without prior notice,

  • Reassignment of your reserved class time to another student,

  • Potential loss of your regular teacher and schedule.

6. Discontinuation & Holds

If you wish to discontinue classes, temporarily or permanently, you must inform our billing department before your next payment due date. Your ongoing month must be completed, and no refunds or adjustments will be made once payment is processed.

If you wish to pause your classes but want to retain your regular time slot and teacher, fees must still be paid to hold that schedule. This is because our teachers are compensated for their dedicated time regardless of class attendance.

If you do not pay to hold your slot, your timing may be given to another student. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your return with the same teacher, it cannot be guaranteed unless the hold fee is paid.

7. Privacy and Security

You are strictly prohibited from sharing your:

  • Phone number,

  • Email address,

  • Credit card or banking details

with any teacher or other individual associated with the academy. Your personal data is secured and managed solely by the Dar Al Quran Academy administration.

8. Teacher and Student Boundaries

Students and teachers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Exchanging personal contact information,

  • Entering into private teaching arrangements outside the academy.

Any violation of this policy is considered a serious offense and may result in legal action under applicable laws.

Given student IDs (online platforms, logins, etc.) are solely for use in classes monitored by the academy. Full access or external use of these IDs is not permitted.

9. Teacher Replacement Policy

Dar Al Quran Academy will not replace teachers unless:

  • A policy is violated,

  • There are teaching quality concerns,

  • Or the teacher is no longer available due to personal reasons.

10. Class Recordings

For quality assurance, training, and monitoring purposes, sessions may be recorded.

11. Policy Updates

These Terms of Service and Policies may be updated by Dar Al Quran Academy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of any changes.
